Spring Open House: Zoe's Events

This past Tuesday evening, I was invited to attend the most stunning event! The event was an Open House or feature of Zoe's Event Space, an event planning service and location located in Capitol Hill. There was great music, delicious food, and I felt very pampered! The location and vibe of the room was as "Seattle" as it gets. It was the perfect place to have a wedding, party, or other celebration. I love attending events at such beautiful places that make me fall in love with Seattle all over again! My favorite parts of the night included getting to learn how to make floral crowns with Thatch Floral (who always amazes me with her floral skills), enjoying my time in the lovely courtyard outside, and listening to the band

Here's what I decided to wear to the event:
  • A blue and white striped button down shirt (similar)
    • It looks like everyone and their mom has these blue&white striped blouses. They're a must-have for the Spring!
  • White jeans
    • I've had these in my closet forever! I always look for occasions to wear them because they're super comfy.
  • My brand new Steve Madden open back loafers
    • I didn't know that love at first sight was real until I saw these babies! So glad I got them because they're my favorite pair right now.
  • A vintage gold necklace (similar)
    • I got this years ago from a thrift store one day! I love the dull polish and vintage look it gives off. The fact that it goes with almost every outfit is just a perk! I love simple, yet statement, pieces.

The night included flowers from the stunning Thatch Floral! She's the sweetest person and was also teaching how to make floral crowns at the event. It was so fun to learn how to create them and be creative while mingling with fellow bloggers. Below is the flower crown I made! I was so excited and couldn't stop taking pictures of it!

The event also had super delicious food by Feed Co. Catering and gorgeous sweets by Dolcetta Artisan Sweets! I especially enjoyed the deviled eggs, fancy drinks, and artistic chocolates (which were almost too pretty to eat!)!

More deets about the event can be found here! Also, make sure to check out Thatch Floral for all your floral needs! What are your favorite places to host events in Seattle?
